We are looking for an experienced Depository Centre Manager to manage depository-related operations, client coordination, reporting, corporate-action activities, and team responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of depository operations and experience working with clients and depositories.

Key Responsibilities

- Allocate responsibilities and determine the level of accountability of team members.

- Manage work allocation among team members.

- Track SLA for each process handled by the team.

- Ensure all reports are delivered to clients as per the agreed schedule.

- Act as a checker for reports prepared by Associates.

- Handle investor grievances and ensure appropriate reporting and resolution.

- Interact with the depository for client-specific reports and requirements.

- Regularly interact with clients regarding corporate-action proceedings.

- Ensure accuracy of reports shared with the depository.

- Act as an intermediary between clients and the depository.





- Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients and internal teams.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities and team objectives.

Experience & Qualification

- 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in depository operations/capital markets.

- Team handling experience is required.

- NISM IIA certification preferred/required as per company requirements.

- Graduate/Postgraduate qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
