We're Hiring: Demand Generation Specialist

Baked Moon Studios is looking for a target-driven Demand Generation Specialist to build our B2B pipeline and connect our creative capabilities with top brands.

What You'll Do:

- Identify & research target brands, agencies, and decision-makers (CMOs, Brand Managers, Founders)
- Generate qualified B2B leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, email & outreach campaigns
- Schedule discovery calls/meetings for the Business Development team
- Track campaign metrics, response rates & maintain CRM accuracy

What We're Looking For:

- 2–5 years' experience in B2B Lead Generation / Demand Generation roles
- Strong hands-on skills with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo & outreach automation tools
- Excellent communication, cold outreach & follow-up skills
- Experience in Advertising, Branding, Creative, Digital Marketing, CGI, 3D, or Animation industries will be a robust plus and given first preference
