Job: Collection Executive Experience: 6months to 3 Years Location: Koramangala Bangalore : ✔️ Collection calling & follow-ups ✔️ Hard recovery experience is mandatory ✔️ Good speaking & writing skills ✔️ Strong customer handling & negotiation skills ▪ Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts. ▪ Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments. ▪ Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status. ▪ Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans. ▪ Handle questions or complaints. ▪ Minimum 6 months of experience in voice.
