Contact delinquent customers and discuss their overdue payments professionally. Understand customers’ repayment ability and negotiate suitable repayment plans/installments.

Collect payments and ensure proper documentation and reporting. Update customer feedback, payment commitments and visit details in the CRM system.



Maintain accurate feedback and trail uploads after every customer interaction.

Travel to different locations as per business and customer requirements. Handle customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned team. Follow company policies and applicable debt collection guidelines and regulations.

Regularly report collection progress, visits and recovery status to the reporting manager.
