Job Title: Debt Recovery Agent

Department: Collections / Recovery

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Debt Recovery Agent to follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and assist in the recovery of overdue amounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
- Follow up through phone calls and field visits, as applicable.
- Explain outstanding amounts and payment options to customers.
- Negotiate and encourage timely repayment within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Follow up on Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
- Coordinate with the Collection Manager and Team Leader.
- Handle customers professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Follow company policies and applicable recovery guidelines.
