3-5 years of hands-on experience in IBM DataStage Development. Strong knowledge of ETL concepts, Data Warehousing, and Data Integration.

Experience with DataStage Designer, Director, Administrator, and QualityStage. Expertise in developing parallel and server jobs. Robust SQL and database skills.

Experience with data modeling concepts and data migration projects. Knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting. Understanding of job scheduling tools such as Control-M, Autosys, or Tivoli. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Certification in IBM DataStage is an added advantage.

Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL solutions using IBM DataStage.



Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical ETL designs. Develop and maintain DataStage jobs, sequences, and job routines.

Extract, transform, and load data from various source systems to data warehouses and reporting platforms. Perform data mapping, data validation, and data quality checks. Optimize ETL job performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Work with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, DB2, and PostgreSQL. Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment procedures. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and cross-functional teams.

Support production releases and provide post-deployment support.
