Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Database Administrator with 6 to 8 years of experience in database architecture, design, and management across both structured and unstructured data environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL databases including Oracle DB2, along with hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.

The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable and high-performing database solutions, defining data architecture standards, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance database solutions.

· Define database architecture and data models for enterprise applications.

· Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.

· Design and manage relational database solutions using SQL, Oracle DB2.

· Design and implement NoSQL database solutions using MongoDB.

· Analyse business and application requirements and translate them into effective database architectures.

· Develop logical and physical data models and establish database design standards.

· Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, and capacity planning.





· Support database migration, integration, and modernization initiatives.

· Ensure database solutions meet requirements for scalability, availability, security, and data integrity.

· Collaborate closely with application developers, data engineers, infrastructure teams, and solution architects.

· Troubleshoot complex database and data-related issues and provide appropriate architectural solutions.

· Document database architecture, standards, design decisions, and technical processes.

· Provide technical leadership and guidance to database engineers and development teams.

Requirements

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

· Showcase strong leadership and communication Skills.

· 6 to 8 yrs of experience in IT preferably B2B.

· Robust expertise in SQL, Oracle DB2, NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
