This role blends analytics, business intelligence, and advanced data science, giving you the opportunity to drive insights at every level - from operational reporting to predictive modeling.

- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within financial datasets

- Generate actionable business insights to support strategic decision-making across product, risk, and operations teams

- Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate business assumptions

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics

- Present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Maintain and optimize existing reporting infrastructure

- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end machine learning models for various fintech applications (fraud detection, credit scoring, customer segmentation, risk assessment)

- Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning

- Deploy models into production environments and monitor model performance

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate ML solutions into existing systems
/n /n What We're Looking For /n Must-Have: /n /n
- 2–4+ years of experience in business analytics / data science or a related role.

- Strong SQL skills for querying large-scale datasets.
/n
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and ML modeling.

- Hands-on experience with Tableau (or similar BI tools) for reporting/dashboarding.
/n
- Solid understanding of statistics, data visualization best practices, and hypothesis testing.

- Experience with ML libraries/frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
