We are looking for a hands-on Data Scientist to join our growing Data Science / Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, and solving real-world business problems using data-driven approaches.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).

- Develop and implement machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, NLP, and other use cases.

- Perform feature engineering and select appropriate algorithms based on business requirements.

- Evaluate and validate model performance using appropriate statistical and machine learning techniques.

- Work with Data Engineering teams to develop and maintain data pipelines.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and develop data-driven solutions.

- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Monitor model performance and retrain or optimize models whenever required.





Required Skills

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or a related field.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Candidates with strong relevant hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Analytics may also be considered.

- Strong proficiency in Python and/or R.

- Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.

- Good understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning concepts.

- Valuable knowledge of SQL and databases.

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or similar visualization tools.

- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Spark, Hadoop, or other Big Data technologies.

- Knowledge of MLOps and machine learning model deployment.

- Experience in NLP, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision.

- Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation.

- Familiarity with Git/version control.

- Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
