We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Manager to lead a team of Data Migration Engineers and manage end-to-end delivery of customer data migration projects. The role will involve people management, project delivery, client communication, risk management, and technical oversight.

The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Data Migration, ETL, SQL, data quality, databases, and cloud data platforms, along with strong experience in managing technical teams and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Migration Engineers.
- Own end-to-end migration delivery, including timelines, quality, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into explicit technical and operational direction.
- Act as a key point of contact for US-based clients, providing project updates and managing expectations.
- Manage escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve migration issues.




- Work closely with Relationship Managers on project status, risks, priorities, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities.
- Manage team workload, capacity, resource planning, performance, and development.
- Drive standardized processes, automation, and continuous improvement in migration delivery.
- Support global teams and ensure smooth handoffs across time zones.

Requirements
- Experience in Data Migration, ETL, Data Services, or Technical Delivery.
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
- Good understanding of SQL, databases, data extraction, transformation, and data quality.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, preferably with US/enterprise clients.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Exposure to GCP, BigQuery, SaaS, automation, or AI-assisted tools is an advantage.
- Strong ownership, communication, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.
- Willingness to work US business hours / night shift.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
