- Maintain centralized project-wise data in Excel/ERP.
- Maintain quotation and enquiry database.
- Record all incoming enquiries and their current status.
- Track quotation submission, revision, follow-up and final status.
- Maintain project-wise BOQ and costing data.
- Maintain client and vendor databases.
- Maintain purchase and material tracking records.
- Maintain project-wise order value, billing, received payment and pending payment data.
- Maintain project schedule and progress trackers.
- Track pending approvals, drawings, materials and client decisions.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management.
Pay: ₹11,707.81 - ₹33,984.14 per month
