Position: Data Entry Operator Civil

Qualification : Preferably Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience : 1 Year Experience

Key Responsibilities Vendor Bills & Payment Requests Collect bills and invoices from vendors and check them for completeness and correctness.

Post payment requests in the company's accounting system (Zoho Books) with the relevant bill details and supporting documents.

Follow up on pending payment requests with the accounts team and update vendors on payment status.

Labour Attendance Collect daily labour attendance, along with site photographs, from the site supervisor.

Verify the labour count against the photographs and update the attendance in the system once confirmed.

Reconcile any discrepancies in attendance with the site supervisor.

Verify attendance records for processing of weekly labour payments.

Measurement Entry & Labour Payment Receive work measurements from site supervisors and verify them for accuracy and completeness.

Enter verified measurement data in the system for processing of weekly labour payments.

Ensure measurement entries are completed on time for the weekly payment cycle.





Records & Reporting Maintain organised physical and digital records of bills, attendance, and measurement sheets.

Generate reports and data summaries as required by management.

Report pending items, discrepancies, and delays to the reporting manager.

Preferred Skills Data Entry with speed and accuracy

MS Excel and Basic Computer Skills

Basic knowledge of civil construction terms and measurements

Vendor Bill Processing and Payment Follow-up

Record Keeping and Documentation

Familiarity with accounting / payment software such as Zoho Books (Preferred training will be provided)

Candidate Profile Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Good communication skills in Tamil for coordinating with vendors and site supervisors.

Ability to work within deadlines and manage routine tasks independently.

Basic understanding of civil construction activities is an advantage.
