Looking for a Data Engineering Lead / Architect (7+years) to built our InsurTech startup data backbone from scratch.

We need a hands-on Architect to design and scale the infrastructure powering our core insurance functions (underwriting, pricing, claims).

Key Responsibilities:

-Architect:



Build a scalable data lake and warehouse from Day 0.

-Scale: Design robust pipelines for 7+ internal/external data sources.

-Strategy: Define data models, ensure high quality/security (IRDAI compliance), and enable ML readiness.

-Lead: Mentor a growing team of data engineers.

Requirements:

-Experience: 7+ years in Data Engineering; proven "0 to 1" platform building.

-Tech Stack: Modern data stack (Spark, Airflow, Kafka, dbt, Athena.

-Cloud: Expert-level AWS (S3, EMR, Kinesis, Redshift).

Skills: Python/SQL, distributed processing, CI/CD, and data governance.
