Job Title: Data & AI Engineer (Power BI / Azure)

Work location: Mohali, Kochi, Vadodara

Role & Responsibilities:

- Minimum 5 years hands of technical experience in BI/Analytics roles - building and maintaining intuitive, user-friendly dashboards in both OBIEE and Power BI (Mandatory)
- Power BI: DAX, Power Query/M, star-schema data modelling, row-level security, workspace and gateway administration
- Azure data stack: Data Factory, Synapse or Fabric, Azure SQL; Databricks an advantage
- OBIEE / OAS: RPD metadata modelling, Answers and Dashboards, so existing reports can be reverse engineered rather than guessed
- Hands-on OBIEE to Power BI migration experience: report inventory, logic mapping, parity testing, decommissioning
- Robust SQL and PL/SQL,



ETL/ELT pipeline build
- Power BI Premium / Fabric capacity management, paginated reports, deployment pipelines and version control for BI artefacts
- Data governance and quality: lineage, cataloguing (Microsoft Purview), reconciliation of figures against source systems
- Knowledge of Python/R, Auzre/AutoML & Microsoft Fabric AI capabilities.
- AI/ML exposure: Azure OpenAI and building data pipelines that support AI use cases
- Extracting data from ERP and 3rd party tools into Data Warehouse / Fabric to build dashboards
