About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Data Analyst / Data Engineer Intern to join our Product & Technology team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on building and maintaining robust data pipelines, creating insightful dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes within the organization.

As part of the team, you will be instrumental in managing data flow across various systems, developing automation workflows, and enhancing internal tools that support our operational and strategic objectives. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about data engineering, analytics, and developing scalable solutions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in computer science principles, data management, and analytical thinking. Proficiency in SQL and Python is essential, along with a good understanding of relational databases and data modeling.

Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, scheduled data jobs, and API integrations will be highly advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly. Prior experience with Frappe Framework / ERPNext,



cloud databases like AWS RDS or Redshift, and frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS will be considered a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are also important.

Responsibilities As a Data Analyst / Data Engineer Intern, your core responsibilities will include:

- Designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines across diverse data sources such as AWS RDS, Amazon Redshift, application databases, APIs, and internal systems like Google Sheets.
- Writing optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, reconciliation, and reporting purposes.
- Developing Python scripts to automate ETL/ELT workflows, perform data transformations, and ensure data validation and quality checks.
- Monitoring scheduled data workflows and troubleshooting pipeline failures, missing data, duplicates, or schema inconsistencies.
- Creating and validating data reconciliation checks between source systems and dashboards to ensure data accuracy.
- Integrating various applications using APIs and JSON-based data exchanges, supporting seamless data flow across platforms.
- Documenting data sources, schemas, transformations, and dependencies to facilitate transparency and future scalability.
- Developing and maintaining operational dashboards, reports, and internal tools using Frappe Framework / ERPNext.
- Connecting Frappe applications with databases, APIs, and internal data pipelines to support operational needs.
- Translating business requirements into structured datasets, KPIs, and dashboard components,



improving usability and performance.
- Debugging data discrepancies and optimizing dashboard performance to ensure real-time data freshness.
- Supporting basic frontend customization using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Frappe scripting where necessary.
- Performing API testing and debugging using tools like Postman, ensuring secure and reliable integrations.
- Assisting in workflow automation, documentation, and preparing technical SOPs and data dictionaries.
- Leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to enhance coding productivity, data analysis, and documentation processes.
