About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with a strong background in building, integrating, and optimizing enterprise data solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who possess extensive hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), especially in Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI). The candidate should have a solid understanding of modern cloud data platforms such as Oracle OCI, Databricks, or Microsoft Azure.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting data integration solutions in a remote environment based in India. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge data projects, contribute to enterprise-wide data modernization initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in data engineering and ETL development, demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud data integration tools and practices. Extensive hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC is essential, particularly in CDI and CAI modules. Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data transformations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting is required.





Candidates should also have experience with Unix/Linux scripting and Python for automation and workflow management. Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Oracle OCI, Databricks, or Microsoft Azure is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently in an offshore delivery environment.

Effective communication and collaboration skills are also important to ensure seamless integration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration pipelines using Informatica IDMC, with a focus on Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for enterprise data migration and integration initiatives, ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformation logic to support various data projects.
- Write and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts to automate tasks, schedule jobs, and support operational activities.
- Develop Python-based solutions for data processing, automation, and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency.
- Integrate data across cloud and on-premises systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across platforms.
- Perform root cause analysis,



troubleshoot production issues, and implement sustainable fixes to maintain system stability.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, application teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions aligned with business needs.
- Adhere to coding standards, documentation practices, and deployment procedures within an offshore delivery model to ensure project consistency and quality.
