Job Overview: Provide 24×7 hands & feet onsite support for Data Center equipment at DC /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Perform physical racking, stacking, and cable patching for network devices.

/n

- Support routine hardware maintenance, replacements, and vendor visits.

/n

- Monitor local DC alerts and escalate to L2 engineers.

/n

- Maintain inventory of cables, patch panels, and network racks.

/n

- Ensure compliance with DC operational safety and access guidelines.

/n

- Prepare operational reports, capacity/utilization inputs and service metrics.

/n

- Ensure SLA compliance, audit readiness and RBI/security policy adherence.

/n

- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, KB articles and operational documentation.

/n

- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.

/n

- Support DR drills, patching,



vulnerability remediation and preventive maintenance.

/n

- Participate in RCA preparation for Priority incidents.

/n

- Follow Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management processes.

/n

- Perform daily physical equipment health checks and media/tape handling where applicable.

/n

- Maintain visitor/material movement registers and support vendor escort activities.

/n /n Technical Skills: Networking basics (LAN/WAN), cabling, DC operations, ITSM ticket logging. /n Certifications: Preferred: ITIL Foundation; Nice to have: CCNA /n Coverage Model: Onsite 24×7 (shift-based), DC Mumbai
