Position Summary

Senior Analyst, in Solutions Delivery – Data and Reporting Team associated with Reporting technologies like Power BI and Tableau. As a Senior Analyst in the SD, the individual needs to have experience in Data and reporting related projects with end-to-end implementation knowledge.

Work you'll do

As a Data and Reporting Analyst on the Solutions Delivery-Canada team, you will be responsible for:

- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, datasets, and data sources using Tableau and Power BI.
- Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions using SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools.
- Design and maintain logical and physical data models, calculated fields, measures, key performance indicators, drill-through reports, and reporting security controls.
- Implement data validation, reconciliation, performance optimization, deployment support, and issue resolution across reporting environments.
- Collaborate with onsite teams, data engineers, analysts, business users, and technology teams to deliver reporting solutions and provide direction on technical issues and design challenges.

The team Solutions Delivery-Canada is an integral part of the Information Technology Services group. The principle focus of this organization is the development and maintenance of technology solutions that enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems. Solutions Delivery Canada develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like Siebel, PeopleSoft Microsoft technologies and Lotus Notes.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in business intelligence reporting and data visualization.
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data models, deployment, and row-level security.
- 3+ years of experience with Tableau, including dashboards, calculated fields, parameters, actions, extracts, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud.
- Experience with SQL, including joins, subqueries, common table expressions, window functions, aggregations, views, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Experience with dimensional data modeling, including fact tables, dimension tables, star schemas, and snowflake schemas.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL, and experience with data quality, reporting governance, and performance tuning.

Preferred
- Exposure to GitHub Enterprise Copilot, native AI offerings, Python, or Databricks.
