Job Summary The Digital Ad Operations reporting group is responsible for reports of the Dcipher campaigns.
This Includes
Campaign delivery reporting, analyzing campaigns performance on daily basis, troubleshooting any reporting issues, and interacting closely with the US teams on a regular basis.
The Digital Ad
Operations group is also responsible for generating Quality/Assurance reports as campaigns go live and communicating with sites to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure a smooth campaign launch.
Primary responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end communication, workflow, reporting, and quality assurance for assigned digital media campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of all requirements.
- Set up and maintain campaign and placement-level data feeds by creating unique keys and configuring data across Datorama (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence) and DMM, the in-house order management system.
- Work across digital media and ad-serving platforms including CM360, Google Ads, Meta, The Trade Desk, Cadent, Ad-Theorent, and other vendor platforms, coordinating with vendors and Account Managers to establish campaign reporting.
- Manage and troubleshoot campaign data feeds and reporting pipelines across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, and other digital channels, including data streams, lookup logic, manual mappings, missing data, feed failures, and reporting discrepancies.
- Monitor Datorama's "Other" and "Unclassified" reports and validate downstream data to identify classification or mapping issues and ensure campaign, placement, and creative-level data accurately populate into Datorama, Optics, and DMM.
- Monitor daily campaign data feeds and pacing, proactively identifying delivery or data issues and communicating relevant updates and risks to stakeholders.
- Perform campaign Quality Assurance (QA) by validating reporting outputs against source platforms after campaign launches to ensure data completeness, accuracy, correct classification, and reporting integrity.
- Coordinate with new media vendors to establish daily reporting feeds, ensuring reporting meets Datorama ingestion requirements, including required fields, appropriate granularity, formatting standards, and 100% uniqueness of Creative IDs.
- Develop and maintain campaign-specific pacing and performance reports, incorporating relevant delivery, engagement, and performance metrics based on campaign and stakeholder requirements.
- Manage end-to-end digital media billing and actualization, including reconciliation of digital delivery metrics,
prior-month adjustments, unspent budget adjustments, added-value accounting, and validation of final billing data.
- Prepare monthly paid media campaign performance reports, analyzing performance across campaigns, tactics, placements, ad groups/ad sets, creatives, keywords, audiences, and other relevant dimensions against established campaign KPIs.
- Manage assigned accounts and reporting workflows within established timelines, coordinating dependencies and resolving blockers to ensure campaign, reporting, and billing deadlines are met.
- Support campaign setups, trafficking, creative uploads, campaign classification, naming conventions, placement mapping, and ongoing campaign maintenance.
- Build and maintain operational databases, trackers, mappings, and reference documentation required to support campaign setup, reporting, troubleshooting, billing, QA, and ongoing digital media operations.
Mandatory Skills:
- Any Bachelors Degree or Preferably MBA, or similar quantitative field, or equivalent
- Experience in digital advertising operations and campaign reporting preferred.
- Sound strategic thinker with strong creative problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Experience with various third-party ad servers such as DCM, audiology, Bidtellect, Digital Remedy.
- Demonstrated ability to be highly organized, have a solid attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal skills needed.
- Intermediate excel skills are required
Good to Have:
- Advance excel skills is a plus
- Knowledge of any BI tool is a plus
What will you learn in this job? The person will learn Agency side of reporting and analytics. How agencies coordinate with different Advertisers and Publishers to ensure campaign delivery, this team ensures that the campaign goals are met by regular checking reports and working with the Account Mangers
