About The Role The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users. This role requires a proactive individual who can understand complex business problems, translate them into analytical solutions, and communicate findings effectively.

The analyst will work closely with various departments to identify data needs, develop dashboards, and support strategic decision-making processes. Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.



Equivalent professional experience will also be considered. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant data analysis experience is required, demonstrating a solid understanding of data handling and analytical techniques.

Proficiency in SQL is essential for extracting and manipulating data from relational databases. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly are vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
- Compile and analyze data related to business issues to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Develop transparent visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion to facilitate decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights to various teams
