About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the progress of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the integrity of data collected during studies. The Clinical Research
Associate will collaborate closely with investigators, site staff, and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth trial operations, monitor site activities, and ensure adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in clinical trial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel as required to monitor sites and attend meetings.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring visits, and close-out visits to ensure proper trial conduct.
- Review and verify source documents, case report forms, and other study-related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the training and support of site staff regarding protocol procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of monitoring activities and site communications.
- Collaborate with the project team to address issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure trial milestones are met.
- Support data management activities by ensuring timely and accurate data collection and entry.
- Participate in audits and inspections as required, providing necessary documentation and support.
