Job Summary

Genner Industries is looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst – AI & Business Intelligence to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming business data into actionable insights while leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to improve operational efficiency, reporting, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, hands-on experience with BI tools, and a passion for utilizing AI technologies to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from ERP systems, production, sales, purchase, inventory, HR, and finance.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other Business Intelligence tools.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Analyze production, inventory, procurement, sales, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and similar platforms to improve reporting, automate routine tasks, and support business analysis.
- Design and automate reports to minimize manual effort and improve reporting accuracy.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions based on analytical findings.
- Prepare management presentations and business reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with Production, Purchase, Stores, Sales, HR, Accounts, and Quality departments to understand business requirements.




- Support data-driven decision-making by providing meaningful analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
- Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven automation and business process improvements.

Required Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas, Dashboards).
- Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
- Positive knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) is preferred.
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights in a simple, business-friendly manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, MIS Reporting, or AI-enabled analytics.
- Relevant certifications in Power BI, SQL, Data Analytics, Python, or AI will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
