Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a D2C Finance Executive (GST/TDS/Compliance) based in Noida. The role involves managing day-to-day finance operations for direct-to-consumer business activities, including preparation and review of financial statements and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
The Finance
Executive will handle GST and TDS-related compliance, including filing returns, reconciling taxes, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with external auditors or consultants as needed.
Responsibilities include monitoring statutory compliance timelines, supporting internal controls, assisting in periodic MIS reporting, and contributing to process improvements in the finance function. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data accuracy and timely support for management decisions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge,
including experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including returns filing and reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess working knowledge of TDS, general accounting principles, and statutory compliance processes.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, or similar) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP tools, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Robust communication skills, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment.
