Position: Customer Relationship & Business Creation Executive

Location: Nagpur

Monthly Earning Potential: ₹18,000 – ₹32,000+ (performance-based)

Job Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about the company’s products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to customer acquisition and business growth.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Communicate with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other professional communication channels.
- Support business development activities and achieve assigned performance objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and submit regular work and performance reports.
- Participate in company training programs and follow established business processes.
- Take on increased responsibilities, including team coordination and leadership, based on performance and experience.

Eligibility
- Minimum qualification:



12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and digital communication tools.
- Strong willingness to learn, develop professionally, and achieve performance goals.
