- Handle customer calls for international clients professionally and efficiently

- Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions

- Maintain high standardsof communication and customer satisfaction

- Undergraduate/Graduate freshers are eligible to apply

- Graduates withexperience in International Voice / BPO domain are also welcome

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
