Role Details

- Role: Customer Support / Sales Associate
- Location: Gurugram, Haryana
- Openings: 40

Candidate Criteria & Requirements

- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates up to 6 months.
- Language Proficiency: Mandatory fluency in both English and Hindi with zero grammatical errors and a neutral accent (No MTI).
- Assessment: Must achieve a Versant Level 5 or 6 score.
- Skills: Strong sales acumen and a professional, customer-focused attitude.

Compensation & Shift Details

- Salary: ₹22,000 in-hand for Freshers | ₹25,000 in-hand for Experienced
- Work Schedule:



5 days working with 2 rotational offs (10.5-hour shifts).
- Shift Rotations: Rotational shifts including night shifts for male candidates; rotational day shifts only for female candidates.
- Training: 10 to 15 days of paid process training.
