Eligibility Criteria

Freshers are welcome to apply

Experienced candidates should have at least 6 months to 1+ year of experience in International Voice Process, Chat Process, or BPO Industry

Graduates and Undergraduates can apply

Must be comfortable working in night shifts

Good verbal and written communication skills are mandatory

Comfortable handling customer support interactions and resolving customer queries efficiently

BPO experience is mandatory for experienced candidates
