Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Explain company products, services, policies, and processes clearly.

Follow up with customers regarding their requests and concerns.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.





Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and requests.

Maintain a polite, qualified, and helpful communication style.

Achieve assigned customer service and call-handling targets.

Follow company guidelines and maintain customer confidentiality.

Requirements Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

Good verbal communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
