PetRay is looking for a Customer Support Executive who can deliver a smooth and positive customer experience while efficiently handling customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with an electronic home appliance brand and be comfortable handling customers across different channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely and effective resolutions.
- Coordinate with sales, service, logistics, and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Handle product-related queries, troubleshooting, service requests, replacements, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and a positive customer experience.




- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the relevant teams.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service.
- Prior experience with an electronic home appliance brand is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple customer queries and follow-ups.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and customer support tools.
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
