We are a young E-commerce business and we are looking for a Customer Sales & Support Associate to manage all our sales & support conversation across various platforms including social media & Whatsapp. This is an excellent chance to be part of a company that is on a rapid growth trajectory.

The role will report directly to the co-founders. /n /n Responsibilities /n /n

- Respond to all incoming enquiries on Social Media and other chat based business platforms such as Whatsapp

/n

- Respond to all incoming voice based sales & support enquiries

/n





- Have a sales mindset- approach each customer conversation with the intent to close

/n

- Accomplish outbound sales calls for each day and meet sales targets

/n

- Ensure all customer support and service requests are addressed in a timely manner

/n

- Respond via email for all customer exchange & return requests

/n /n /n Qualifications /n /n /n

- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience

/n

- Self motivated and an inclination to work independently

/n

- Prior experience in customer support/ chat support

/n

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

/n

- Bachelors Degree
