Role & responsibilities - Handle inbound calls from US customers.

- Understand and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Assist customers with orders, products, payments, returns and related concerns.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain customer information and interaction records in the system.
- Follow quality, compliance, productivity and attendance standards.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.

Preferred candidate profile - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Candidates with International Voice / US Voice / International BPO experience preferred.
- E-commerce, retail, customer service or inbound voice experience will be an added advantage.




- Freshers with strong English communication skills may also be considered.
- Positive listening, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
- Comfortable handling US customers over voice calls.
- Customer-focused, professional and confident personality.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
