Role Description The Customer Support Executive (Hindi Speaking Must) is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. The person in this position will handle incoming customer inquiries, provide accurate information about services, and resolve concerns promptly through phone and online channels, primarily in Hindi and English. Daily tasks include responding to queries, maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal teams to address service-related issues, and ensuring a professional and courteous support experience.

The executive will also follow up with customers to confirm resolution, contribute to improving customer satisfaction, and adhere to established processes and service standards. This role requires consistent presence in office, collaboration with colleagues, and alignment with company policies and goals.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service,



with the ability to manage inquiries and handle issues professionally.
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Online Support, focusing on maintaining positive relationships and timely responses.
- Ability to provide Technical Support where needed, including basic troubleshooting and clear communication of solutions.
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory, with good verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or call center environment is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur on a full-time schedule, with reliability and strong time management.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or support tools are beneficial.
- Minimum educational qualification of high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
