Experience: 0 to 1 year

Location: Madurai

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.

- Coordinate with the development and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.

- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal team.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.
