About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in Mohali. The role will primarily involve handling inbound leads generated through the brand website, understanding customer requirements, providing relevant product information, and converting enquiries into meaningful customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls and website-generated leads professionally and promptly.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and purchase intent.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, features, applications, pricing, and availability.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Update customer information in relevant systems/CRM.
- Achieve defined calling, follow-up, and customer service objectives.

- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a professional approach.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

- Prior experience in Telecalling, Inbound Calling, Customer Support, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Lead Management will be an advantage.
