We are hiring for Customer Support Executive

Location: Chennai

Salary: Upto 3 Lakhs Per Annum

Experience: Fresh Graduate or 1+ Year Preferred

Provide support to existing Quanto ERP clients over phone, WhatsApp, and remote assistance.

Understand client queries and provide timely resolutions.

Guide customers on software usage and best practices.

Escalate complex issues to the technical team whenever required.

Follow up with customers until issues are resolved.

Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and relationships.

Update and maintain support records and customer interactions.

Skills:

No programming or technical background required.

Complete product training will be provided by the company.

Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

Basic English communication is mandatory.

Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Languages Kannada (mother tongue / native proficiency)

Hindi (added advantage)

Tamil (added advantage)

English (Basic Communication Mandatory)

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
