Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries related to home loans, personal loans, and other financial products.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions through effective communication skills.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance by upselling/cross-selling relevant banking products.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or outbound sales (preferably in the banking industry).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi languages.
- Solid knowledge of loan sales, including home loans and personal loans.
