In-Hand: ₹18,000 + up to ₹3,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives
Shift: Rotational
Working Days: 5 Days
Week-offs: 2 Rotational Week-offs
Cab: Available as per company policy
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain high customer service standards.
- Document customer interactions.
- Follow process and quality guidelines.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
Eligibility
- Graduate Freshers only.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Not Eligible: B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech, Diploma, Pharmacy/Pharma, LLB/LLM.
