We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associates to join our International Voice Process team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound customer calls, understanding customer concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and concerns over international voice calls.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet defined performance, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.




- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international customers.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational/night shifts.
- Freshers are welcome; relevant BPO/customer service experience is an advantage.
