Key Responsibilities

Customer Success & Onboarding

- Take ownership of Assistly customers after technical implementation is completed.
- Conduct post-implementation onboarding and help customers understand billing, invoicing, and ongoing operational processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer billing and account-related questions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technology, and Finance teams to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up proactively with customers and help ensure a positive ongoing SaaS customer experience.

Finance & Business Operations
- Support billing, invoicing, payment tracking, and basic accounting activities.
- Review and process employee and corporate sales expense reimbursements.
- Respond to employee questions regarding timesheets, expenses, and operational processes.
- Calculate and track sales commissions and incentive payouts based on approved compensation plans.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with other day-to-day finance and business operations activities.

What We're Looking For




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Experience in SaaS customer onboarding, customer success, billing, finance operations, or business operations is strongly preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with confidence interacting directly with U.S.-based customers.
- Ability to clearly explain billing, invoices, processes, and basic financial information to customers.
- Good understanding of accounting fundamentals, invoicing, expenses, reconciliations, and commissions.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM, billing, accounting, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
- Solid ownership, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable working a night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
