About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can find potential candidates on LinkedIn, connect with them, and explain our services through chat. This is a basic-level role, perfect for someone who is good at texting/chatting and enjoys talking to new people online.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and find relevant candidates on LinkedIn based on given criteria
- Send connection/friend requests to potential candidates daily
- Once connected, start a chat conversation and explain our services in simple terms
- Answer basic questions candidates may have about our services
- Maintain a daily list of people contacted and their responses
- Share interested candidates' details with the team for follow-up




- Meet daily/weekly targets for connections sent and chats started

Skills Required

- Good written English (should be able to type clear, straightforward messages)
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn (or willingness to learn)
- Comfortable chatting with new people online
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven

Shift Timings : 07:00PM to 04:00AM ( US Shift) Opprtunity to earn attractive incentive, on each cloased lead.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
