Job Title: Customer Service Freight Forwarding

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service with a strong background in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling customer queries, coordinating import/export shipments, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, operations, shipping lines, and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end customer service activities for import and export shipments.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas agents.
- Provide shipment updates, resolve customer queries, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding operations.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents and maintain accurate records.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high service standards.




- Work closely with the operations and sales teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and freight forwarding regulations.

Required Skills

- Minimum 4 years of Customer Service experience in a Freight Forwarding company.
- Good knowledge of Import/Export operations and freight forwarding processes (Air & Sea Freight).
- Robust communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and work under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding software is an advantage.
- Candidates from the Courier industry will not be considered.
- Candidates residing within a reasonable commuting distance from the office will be preferred.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in handling international logistics and freight forwarding operations.
