About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Engineer based at our factory to monitor and ensure timely installation, commissioning, and service of cryogenic storage tanks, VIEs, and vaporizers at customer locations.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

- B.E in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 6-8 years of experience in cryogenic tanks, industrial gases, or pressure vessels.

Job Title Customer Service Engineer - Cryogenic Storage Tanks Installations

- Knowledge of PESO, Gas Cylinder Rules, pressure vessels, and cryogenic equipment.

-Exposure to PLC, flow meters, and telemetry systems.
- Willing to travel 60-70% to customer sites across Karnataka/TN/AP.
- Basic knowledge of welding, piping, and instrumentation is a plus.
- Valuable communication skills for customer interaction.
- own vehicle to commute locally with a valid Licence.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs
1. Installation & Commissioning

- Lead on-site installation of cryogenic storage tanks, VIEs, ambient/forced vaporizers, and pipelines.
- Coordinate with civil, electrical, and safety teams for site readiness as per PESO/Gas Cylinder Rules.
- Perform pressure testing, leak testing, and handover to customer.

1. Customer Service & AMC





- Provide first-line breakdown support and preventive maintenance at customer sites.
- Handle complaints on tank pressure, vaporization rate, gas purity, and consumption.
- Maintain service reports, logbooks, and ensure timely AMC closure.

1. Technical Support & Training

- Train customer operators on safe handling, filling SOP, and emergency procedures.
- Explain consumption patterns and help optimize gas usage.
- Support the sales team during pre-sales technical discussions.

1. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure installations meet PESO, SMPV Rules, and OISD standards.
- Prepare installation dossiers, test certificates, and handover documents.
- Track tank calibration, safety valve testing, and statutory renewals.

1. Coordination

- Work with Plant, Logistics, and Sales teams for tank movement, filling schedules, and spares.
- Report daily service activities to Manager - Customer Service.
- Minimize customer downtime and improve satisfaction scores.
