Customer Relationship Manager – Fresher

Location: Hyderabad | Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year | Job Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle daily customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and leads.
- Follow up with new and existing leads regularly.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Share product photos, prices, offers, and collection details.
- Convert leads into store visits and sales.
- Maintain and update customer/lead records.
- Follow up with previous customers for repeat purchases.
- Collect genuine customer feedback and reviews.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare daily lead and follow-up reports.
- Ensure no customer enquiry or follow-up is missed.

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Telugu & English.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Positive customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
