Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Vijayawada. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding our products, services, and policies.
- Listen to customer feedback or complaints and work effectively to resolve issues.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and support daily office operations as needed.




- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any discipline / MBA
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service, front office, or administrative support is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Languages: Proficiency in Telugu and English (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email communication, and data entry).
- Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a friendly attitude.
