Customer Service Representative
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to handle customer calls, resolve queries, provide product/service information, and maintain a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
- Provide accurate information and support
- Maintain customer records and follow company processes
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer service experience preferred but freshers may be considered
- Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
