The role involves assisting passengers with check-in, baggage procedures, boarding, flight information, special assistance, and general customer queries. Customer Service Agents represent the airline or airport service provider and are expected to maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and customer care.
Blue Sky Aviation Academy provides industry-oriented training to candidates who wish to build a career as Customer Service Agents in airlines, airports, ground-handling companies, and other aviation-related organizations.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
