Job Responsibilities:-
- Make outbound calls to customers and promote relevant banking products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance parameters.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Ensure compliance with company and process guidelines.
Salary Details:-
- Freshers: 15,000 In-Hand
- Experienced: 20,800 In-Hand (No CTC structure)
- With PF: 18,000 In-Hand | 22,000 CTC
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience mandatory for experienced candidates.
- Basic to average English communication skills required.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Candidates currently pursuing studies are not eligible.
- Candidates must be available without long leaves for the next 6 months.
Shift & Working Days:-
- Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Fixed)
- Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
