Location: India, Noida LINAK India is growing, and we want you to join us in our exciting journey. We are a family-owned Danish company with ambitious growth plans in India and we are expanding our team with a Customer Sales and Supply Chain Coordinator. The position is based in Noida.

At LINAK®, we supply electric linear actuators for OEM customers around the world – from big global companies to smaller local producers. Our products are used in many interesting applications – including Healthcare beds and equipment, Office furniture, agriculture machinery, industrial automation, renewable energy, AGVs etc.

Main tasks:

- handle supply chain, logistics, customs clearances, warehouse and customer services related responsibilities for LINAK India
- Handling of orders from receipt to invoicing, ensuring on time deliveries.
- Complete customer’s order Forecast management along with Sales
- Coordinate with commercial and logistic coordinators at Europe and APAC factories.
- Be responsible for office administration activities, including small expenses, and local procurement tasks.

You:

- minimum have a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, International Business, Trade Management, or other relevant degree
- have minimum 5 years working experience in – preferably in a MNC subsidiary in India with focus on order management/logistics/customer support.
- are organized and structured.
- are customer focused with high sense of urgency to achieve goals - results driven.
- communicate assertively and with tact

- have good communication and English skills.
- Are focused, motivated and proactive.
- Can collaborate across the LINAK local organization and LINAK Group.
