The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships throughout the complete project lifecycle, from initial enquiry and project confirmation through design, construction, interior execution, completion, and post-handover support. The role involves handling customer queries and complaints, coordinating with Sales, Architecture, Design, Interior, Projects, Accounts, Purchase, Quality Control, and Management, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of customer requirements. The CRM Executive will also maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate payment follow-ups, collect customer feedback, monitor satisfaction, and prepare regular MIS and customer status reports to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and timely updates.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests, coordinating with concerned departments for timely resolution.

- Coordinate with Sales,



Architecture, Design, Interior, Projects, Accounts, Purchase, Quality Control, and Management to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.

- Track project commitments, pending requirements, customer concerns, and ensure timely closure.

- Coordinate payment follow-ups with customers and the Accounts/Finance team.

- Maintain accurate and updated customer information, communication history, project status, and payment records in the CRM/ERP system.

- Collect customer feedback, monitor satisfaction, and identify areas for improving customer experience.

- Prepare regular customer follow-up, complaint, payment, project status, feedback, and MIS reports.

- Ensure all customer requirements and commitments are properly communicated, documented, followed up, and closed within the agreed timeline.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
