Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join our pharmaceutical plant in Dehradun.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers, handling enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, following up on orders and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries.

Fresh graduates can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the concerned departments.
- Follow up on orders, dispatches, quotations and pending requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Address customer complaints and coordinate with the relevant departments for timely resolution.
- Provide customers with updates regarding order status, product availability and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, QA, QC, Dispatch and Accounts teams whenever required.




- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Support the Business Development and Sales team in maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with customers.
- Assist in customer retention and improving overall customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Polite, professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn about the pharmaceutical industry and company processes.
